R2SA Technologies has spent over a decade building software systems — starting as a full-stack developer, progressing through technical leadership, and spending the last several years specialising in the infrastructure and platforms that make software delivery fast, safe, and sustainable.

Our background spans both the depth of software engineering and the breadth of cloud infrastructure. We know what good looks like because we've built it, maintained it, and also inherited the technical debt that happens when good practices are skipped under delivery pressure.

R2SA Technologies was founded to work directly with engineering teams and technical leaders who want to raise the bar on how they build and operate software — without the overhead and misaligned incentives that come with large consultancies.

Engagements range from short architecture reviews and advisory sessions to multi-month embedded platform engineering projects. We also serve as a Fractional CTO for startups and scale-ups that need CTO-level thinking without the full-time cost.

We're based in the UK and work with clients across the UK, Europe, and globally where the work and timezone overlap allows.
